#1 Jorry Elite
This restaurant overlooks a luscious green park overlooking all of Abha. Jorry Elite has 2 restaurants and a cafe. Lebanese, Italian and a great cafe. This is probably the top restaurant in Abha and the most expensive one. Best for fancy or special occasions. The vibes are incredible, you feel as though you are eating in a hidden garden in Saudi.

#2 Shandal شندل
Found surrounded by other restaurants, while this is another traditional Saudi restaurant Shandal comes with its own twist. They use Persian flavors, rose water, incredible spices. Every time I have dinned here the food has not disappointed. The patio seating has a beautiful view over a farm. In the winter they have heaters to keep you warm. I highly recommend their kebbabs, soups and sambousas.

#3 Saudi Cusine باب التراث
Saudi Cuisine is an incredible heritage restaurant which holds antiques and shows the beauty of the Saudi History. Inside there are incredible palm trees, and you feel an understanding of what old Saudi homes used to be like. If you haven’t eaten at a Saudi heritage restaurant yet, you have to try out Saudi Cuisine! They are known for the kabsa.

Probably my favorite Hanith/Kabsa restaurant! The building is decorated to make you feel like you are in Greece or a white beautiful cave. The architecture and design in this place is stunning. The meat is cooked so well which seems to just melt in your mouth, served over incredible rice. This restaurant is technically in Khamis not Abha, but it is an easy drive to get to.

#5 Tolie Restaurant مطعم تولاي
Best lamb chops I’ve ever eaten. A beautiful patio restaurant placed on the third floor. Overlooking the beautiful landscapes. Found in the middle between Abha and Khamis. This restaurant is a delight and an experience to go to.

There are many other great dinner locations in Abha, depending on what you are feeling. Overall, most of the dinner options are Saudi, Turkish, and some fusion. There are also an abundant amount of burger and chicken “broast” which is fried chicken.
