Riyadh, the vibrant capital city of Saudi Arabia, pulses with energy and opportunity. From its bustling streets to its flourishing cultural scene, there’s an abundance to explore and experience! Summers can sizzle at 40°C while winters cool to a pleasant 15°C, making November to March the ideal months to visit. Otherwise, you might find yourself darting from car to coffee shop to mall to escape the heat. If you have just 24-48 hours in Riyadh, here’s what you absolutely must do to make the most of your time in this dynamic city!

Starting off with Breakfast at Tamessa they have taken traditional Saudi breakfasts to such a beautiful level! My favorite is their falafel pizza and sambosas!

Walk a little bit from Tameesa to Hummus with Habibti’s favorite coffee shop in Saudi; Kanakah! They have amazing coffee of the day and roast their own coffee!

Grab a taxi (uber or careem) and head to the National Museum where you can learn the history of Saudi Arabia! Its one of the most well done museums I’ve seen in a long time sharing the story of Saudi! Its free for entry too!

After visiting the Muesum you’ll be hungry so head for Lunch at Mama Noura. This is a Saudi staple! With fresh shawarma, AMAZING hummus and fresh juice. My recommendation is to get a shawarma plate, hummus and pomegranate juice.

After finishing up lunch head to the Kingdom Centre and go to the Sky Bridge to see the whole city of Riyadh from the top! Its such an incredible site to see! As Kingdom Centre is a mall feel free to walk around in the AC and view their luxury brands and shops.

Finally head to Diryah for Dinner and to visit the old city. You have to book online on their website before heading. You can reserve a table at a resturant and the money you spend for the reservation can be used for the finale bill of the dinner. After you finish your meal walk around the old town of Diriyah!

After you’ve finished your incredible day adventuring Riyadh head back to your hotel and get a good night of sleep <3 Let us know if you’ve tried out any of these or if you tried out any of our recommendations!
